Wat Put Ruins near champasak

The South of Laos

During our trip in Laos we went by and stayed in very small cities/towns to rest for the long time and distances we spent in buses, to transport ourselves from one place to another. These villages, much of them were not really important from a tourism point of view, with an exception of the Kmher Temple of Champasak. We didn’t expect much of them, but we were there, so we decided to explore around anyways. What we found was so nice, the lifstyle of local people in its purest form, and even though these areas where marginated we managed to find a lot of beauty in this part of the country. We share that beauty with you through this photo essay.
